Weight training is all about knowing how to train correctly to get fast results. It is all about getting the most out of your body the most efficiently. Here are some tips to help you do that:

Regular Training

Regardless of how much you train, it is important you do it regularly. Even f you only train twice a week, but you stick to it, you will see the benefits. If you have troubles getting motivated make a plan. Do whatever you can to make yourself stick to it.

Record Your Progress

Recording your progress lets you see how well you are doing, where you need more work, and can be a great motivator. Keep progress of how much muscle you gain, your weight and how much fat you burn. Also keep a written record of what you have done, your exercise regime and your diet and supplements. This way you can use your progress record to tweak your plan. Sometimes it’s hard to see a change in your body because you are changing a little bit everyday, but with a record you will be able to see how much you have changed over the time you have been training.

Rest Your Muscles

Don’t overwork your muscles. Make sure to rest for a certain amount of time between workouts. If you give them the time to recuperate, then your muscles will grow bigger and faster. You have to respect the needs of your muscles for them to give you the full benefits out of your training.
